The cleaning time per room has been measured in agreement with the room staff. Quality takes precedence over quantity.
The staff schedules are designed to avoid interruptions during the day and allow for two consecutive days of rest in order to preserve family life.
For breakfast, we work with local producers such as the Grignon farm, which supplies us with yoghurts, or with specialists in their sectors such as La chambres aux Confitures.
Also, to avoid food waste and repeated deliveries, we buy some of our products from local shops.
